i know riverdale has some houses and condos that are afordable, but i was wondering if any knows of an upcoming spot or area that is being developed near manhattan. even on manhattan (hey i can dream lol). does anyone know about old run down wearhouses or buildings that are on sale?

long island is not the original city name that is far away from Manhattan but its the developing city right next Manhattan. I live in Virginia, and wanna know if it is worth buying that condo to invest. please feel free to share your thoughts. Thanks.

every property in manhattan is crazy over priced. who is buying them. i thought the mahattan had a lot of blue collar workers, but now iam begining to think every1 is making crazy money except me. what do they work in b/c i need to do it too lol
